This generation of the A3 Sportback may not differ too much appearance-wise from the previous version bar a few bodywork tweaks here and there, but it does excel in other areas. It’s as practical, efficient, and economical as it has ever been. As well as that, Audi were even more generous with standard equipment this time around. It may be slightly more expensive than the standard three-door version, but you’re getting a lot more bang for your buck with the Sportback. There’s the larger cabin, meaning higher levels of comfort for passengers, as well as a considerably bigger boot. The cabin itself is very well put together with high quality materials all over and a fine central console - it’s definitely one of the better looking interiors in its class. On the road, you won’t be disappointed with the Sportback either - the performance hasn’t been compromised by the lengthened wheelbase, ensuring the Sportback is just as fun and exciting to drive as the standard model.
