Having dropped the Citroen from the name last year, the now stand-alone DS4 is aiming to offer something different in the hatchback market. Along with the name change and the disappearance of the Citroen badge, it's celebrating its independence with a bit of a makeover. It's got a new face with the new 'DS wings' on the front and lashings of chrome both outside and in. A good range of fuel-efficient engines make it economical to run, yet they all offer plenty of punch and its great handling makes it a cracking car to drive.
